The firm is led by Managing Attorney Kia Nikole Sutton, Esq., who founded Fee Simple Law in 2019. Kia brings a wealth of experience to the table, having started her career in real estate over five years ago as an intern and later a paralegal at a top Atlanta real estate law firm. She earned her J.D. from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School in 2018 and is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. Her expertise spans various real estate matters, ensuring knowledgeable guidance for every client.
