Kindness Heals Here is a dedicated Florida nonprofit organization (501(c)(3)) committed to supporting neurodivergent young adults who are navigating life with invisible disabilities. Founded by a group of parents, advocates, and professionals, the organization emerged from the challenges of a mental healthcare system often ill-equipped to address the unique needs of individuals with hidden disabilities.

Our core mission is to help these young adults discover their life's purpose by meeting them where they are and treating them holistically, rather than solely by their diagnosis. We believe that everyone's biological, psychological, sociological, developmental, and spiritual being is unique, and our approach is designed to accept and support this individuality.

We offer a comprehensive range of science and research-backed holistic therapies and activities. These programs are designed to guide individuals through their journey of purpose, focusing on their past experiences, current state, and future aspirations. Our services include:

• Mentorship, Coaching, and Case Management: Emphasizing kindness, compassion, non-judgmental teaching, and empathy training.
• Holistic Therapy: Incorporating practices like Art, Music, Yoga, Meditation, and Gratitude Exercises.
• Psychotherapy: Utilizing Person-Centered, Experiential, Accelerated Resolution, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavior, and Dialectical Behavior approaches.
• Equine Therapy and Animal Assisted Therapy: Daily interactions with horses and dog training.
• Fitness and Nutritional Services: Tailored exercise and diet plans.
• Brain Based Protocols: Including Brain mapping, Neurofeedback, and Biofeedback.
• Community Service: Engaging in volunteering, senior companionship, and random acts of kindness.
