Ted's dedication extends to community advocacy, working with The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) since 1998, where he has successfully closed over 2,500 loans, helping thousands achieve the dream of homeownership.

Kristen Smith, our accomplished Team Lead and Closer, brings over 12 years of experience running Ted's business. A native of South Florida, Kristen's career in real estate began early in a closing attorney's office. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance from Georgia State University and has managed in-house title operations. Together, Ted and Kristen lead a team committed to closing your real estate deals efficiently and on favorable terms.
