Welcome to Chick-fil-A, a renowned quick-service restaurant chain that has grown significantly since S. Truett Cathy opened the first restaurant in Atlanta in 1967. Our corporate purpose is to glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us, aiming to have a positive influence on everyone who interacts with Chick-fil-A.

We are known for our warm, personable service and delicious food. Our founder, S. Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays in 1946, a practice we still uphold today, allowing Team Members a day for rest and worship. The phrase “my pleasure” is a hallmark of our customer service, inspired by Truett’s own experience and encouraged throughout our restaurants.

Chick-fil-A is committed to quality food, from hand-breading our chicken to sourcing fresh produce for our salads. We continuously innovate, being the first restaurant to pair shopping and eating in a mall, and introducing parent-friendly menus. Our dedication extends to our communities through initiatives like the Shared Table program, which fights food insecurity by donating surplus food, and the Remarkable Futures Scholarships, supporting Team Members' higher education.

We invest in local ownership, with most Owner-Operators owning only one restaurant, fostering deep community connections.
