As an adoptive mother herself, Rhonda brings a unique passion and sensitivity to the issues her clients face, having represented over 3,000 adoption clients. Her credentials include a Masters degree in counseling from New York University, former Executive Director of Adoption Planning, Inc., and fellowships in both the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and the Georgia Council of Adoption Attorneys. She holds an AV* rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level of peer review.

Rhonda is joined by associate attorney Sandler Ernst, who brings a fresh perspective and deep personal connection to family law, having been adopted by Rhonda Fishbein. Sandler earned a B.S. in Psychology and attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School on a full scholarship, where he excelled academically, earning CALI awards and serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Journal.
