For an additional fee of $75, clients can utilize these convenient closing locations or even arrange for closings at most real estate broker's offices, emphasizing their commitment to client accessibility and reducing stress. It is important to note that when using these satellite closing locations, all pay-at-close documents must be submitted the previous day.
