The Georgia Heirs Property Law Center is a dedicated not-for-profit law firm committed to building generational wealth and strengthening communities across Georgia. Since 2015, the Center has specialized in securing and preserving property rights for low- and moderate-income Georgians, heirs property owners, nonprofits, and municipalities. Our core mission involves remediating fractured titles, increasing equity, and facilitating the transfer of wealth to future generations.

We offer comprehensive legal support designed to address the complexities of heirs property. Our title-clearing services include:

Additionally, our asset education programs provide financial literacy on home and land ownership, connecting clients with governmental and nonprofit partners for land/timber management plans, USDA programs, and home repair initiatives. We work diligently throughout the state, with targeted outreach in Atlanta and southwest Georgia, ensuring our services are accessible to those who need them most.
