He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and John Marshall Law School, where he earned his degree Magna Cum Laude. Ted has a remarkable track record, having closed over 2,500 loans since 1998 in collaboration with The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), helping thousands achieve homeownership.

Our team also includes Kristen Smith, a highly experienced Team Lead and Closer with over 12 years in the business. Kristen's background includes managing an in-house title company and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance, making her an invaluable asset to our operations.
