Her extensive background includes graduating with Highest Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology and earning her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law. Anne began her career in real estate before transitioning to a successful tenure as a criminal prosecutor, where she tried over fifty cases and managed 15 attorneys as Chief Assistant District Attorney.

Returning to her real estate roots, Anne joined her uncle, John Perry Cripe, Esq., at MTA, bringing her litigation-honed problem-solving skills to the title industry. She is committed to responsiveness and making real estate transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible for her customers, ensuring outstanding customer service and fast, reliable solutions.

Although based in Conyers, Georgia, MTA offers nationwide service, having been involved in transactions across 25 states as of 2024. Their core offering includes title insurance, which focuses on risk prevention rather than risk assumption. They provide both Owner's Policies, covering claims for as long as the insured retains interest, and Lender's Policies, ensuring loan priority and enforceability against other title matters.
