He established his own office after working at a respected Atlanta firm, focusing primarily on disability discrimination and the right to take and return from medical leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Mr. Golan also represents employees who have experienced discrimination or retaliation based on age, national origin, race, religion, and gender. Furthermore, he assists clients in securing the wages and benefits they are entitled to by contract or law.
